Crunch Time

After hitting a new half marathon PR in November, I did what any reasonable person would do…absolutely nothing!  There was Thanksgiving, then Christmas and New Year’s Eve, and I just couldn’t possibly run on any of the days in between! Now that only 6 weeks stand between me and the Donna Half Marathon February 14th, it’s crunch time!  I scoured the internet and created a mashup of plans from Jeff Galloway and Hal Higdon.  I’ve got a good feeling about this. Because really, I don’t have any other options.  Anyone else doing some last minute scrambling?

And don’t get me started on my running costumes! Those are nowhere near ready!

So here’s my plan…and I’m sticking to it!
